Buzzkill?

The words “specific statements” were used. NOT “substantive documents”.

We know the core of Buzzfeed’s story is true and accurate. Cohen lied to Congress about the Moscow Trump Tower. Mueller made sure to bring him back, specifically charge him with that and he pleaded guilty. Mueller’s office indicated the truth of all off that. And they never asked for a minute of extra time for that plea. Why do you think that is?

Because they set the stage to determine whether someone is responsible for suborning that perjury.

That was a very narrowly worded release by SCO. We’ll see what it really means when Mueller’s report comes out and/or when Cohen testifies. Can’t wait, can you? I’m sure Trump and his family will be totally vindicated. :rofl2:

“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the special counsel’s office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s congressional testimony are not accurate,” said the spokesman, Peter Carr.
somebody else did it! :palm:

so what exactly is inaccurate?

what, ya don't know? lol

Very CAREFULLY parsed. Ex-FEDERAL prosecutors went on to say given the CHARGES, the 'addl charge' when COHEN had to go back to court for to lying congress but MUELLER recommended NO additional time to his sentence, thinks this statement to might be to 'protect' another case. All above my head but even the Mueller statement triggered, NOPE, there is no denial of fact.

Inaccurate doesn't mean WRONG.

"Buzzkill" was pretty damn specific in it's remarks BACK TO MUELLER. Tell us what was "inaccurate". And they stood by their story.

Bingo. You nailed it. That release by Carr was very carefully and narrowly worded. It referred ONLY to info regarding the SCO’s office, NOT necessarily the two sources referenced in Buzzfeed’s story. The core of Buzzfeed’s story is true and accurate.

do some research..the "reporters" said Mueller had confirming evidence or doc or some such crap.
IOW's it wasn't just Cohen's word. it was backed up

Mueller’s office has already confirmed that Cohen’s word was backed up by corroborating evidence. There is no dispute there.

exactly what did Mueller say the Buzz got wrong?

“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,” Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller’s office, said.

too easy......

Mark Levin called the 2 clown "reporters" Sacco & Vanzetti. LOL
If you have 11 minutes to spare, he breaks it down right here from time mark 22:00 > 33:00.
