Active duty military serving overseas, who have used it for decades with no issues

Absentee ballots have always been available. Trump doesn't want to eliminate that. Next.

Citizens confined to nursing homes and unable to go to their polling place

Again, absentee ballots.

Citizens temporarily out of the country on business or holiday

Absentee ballots.

The disabled who lack transportation and/or assistance to leave their home

Absentee ballots.

University students

Absentee ballots.

How many members of these groups would tend to vote (R)? My guess is a majority.
