The total number of arrests via the FBI for murder then was 7,964, with black folk responsible for 4,078 which averages out to 51.2%. Compared to the raw population, that's less than a fraction of 1% by far.

Irrelevant. Blacks represent about 12.5% of the US population today. They commit just over 50% of the murders. That means, for their distribution in the population they are committing, in round numbers, four (4) times the number of murders with respect to their percentage in the population where other groups are committing murders roughly commensurate to their percentage in the population.

Learn some statistics.

There are more important crimes in societies than murder...and whites commit those crimes at rates that are enormous compared with this supposed "murder disparity."

Agreed. The number one killer of young black men are other young black men. This should be correlated to low-income, lawless areas of society since more affluent areas of society have more job opportunities, better tax bases and, therefore, better security and quality of life.

True. And poor people can't afford good lawyers to plea bargain them down to misdemeanors. Other factors are education, IQ, and mental illness. The prison population in the U.S. is oversupplied with those struggling with mental illness.
