It is certain that a majority of Democrats in the House of Representatives will impeach the tyrant Trump once again.

That will compel a trial in the US Senate, according to your law.

With sixty Democratic (or Republican defectors anxious to save themselves) votes in the Senate, the tyrant Trump can be convicted and removed from office.
