Many programs at the federal level needed deep cuts. Biden gave the "working poor" a nearly 21% increase in the CPI and inflation over his term in office. That's right up there with Carter. I haven't noticed prices skyrocketing compared to the Carter years or Biden's term in office. Even during Obama, gas hit $5 a gallon in much of the country.
So, I'd say you are spending too much time listening to total retards like MSNBC...

What "strong initiatives" did he inherit from Obama and Biden? Maybe the disaster that is Obamacare and open borders? How about the spread of warfare and rise of ISIS in the Middle East? Prolifigate spending with no ROI?Transformative is a neutral term and the result can be either good or bad and in Trump's case it is clearly bad so no he does not belong on anything but another mug shot, Plus he would need to stand in line as this Potus, while not great, was far better than Trump, as he repaired the terrible economy he inherited from Bush while Trump ruined the strong ones he inherited from Obama and Biden.

First of all I have NOT watched MSNBC in well over 10 years, I have watched FOX more then them, got to get a good laugh in once in awhile and FOX does it.
And I do agree there are some federal programs that needed cutting but going in like Trump and Musk did in the first place was wrong.
YES there is waste and fraud in a lot of Federal programs , you go in FIRST and find it THEN make the necessary cuts , you do NOT go in and cut cut cut THEN look for the waste and fraud.
If you do it the way Trump and Musk did you hurt a LOT of people that need these programs.
And prices ARE going up , I talk about the price of coffee going up and a lot of you MAGAS make fun of it, well bought 3 more 42 oz cans today , when I first started watching it in March it was $9.99 a can and you could catch it on sale for 7.99 a can once in awhile, today it was $17.99 for the same size can 42 ozs.
So it went from $9.99 a can to 17.99 a can an 8 dollar increase in about 6 months.

Coffee comes from countries that he is tariffing. Even you should understand that will crank up the price. I bought about 6 cans of coffee, so I don't feel the price rise as badly as I will eventually. Delaying the pain.

Coffee isn't the only thing that's gone up drastically. The small bunches of fresh flowers I buy weekly for our table have gone from $5.99/bunch to $8.99/bunch. Our Meijer store has 90% lean ground beef on "sale" this week for $7.99/lb. Last year its regular price was $4.99/lb. If you use any OTC meds like ibuprofen, allergy/cold meds., etc. watch for them to soar as the tariffs hit India. The Walmart brand of ibuprofen that we buy has already risen by slightly over a buck for a large bottle. And it's only just begun.
Cue the smarmy know-it-all who will claim that we're all just bad shoppers who don't know how to find things on sale. *eyeroll*
