If you want America to be defenseless against terrorists, just come out and say it.

Terrorists don't wear uniforms or fly flags. The only way we can kill them is on the basis of best available intelligence.

Any American who is hanging with Al Qaeda terrorists needs to expect to possibly be in the cross fire.
