AZ Republic throws in the towel

All three were close races. And the Democrats chosen are all actual losers. Hobbs just lost two civil suits by former employees who claimed she was racist and the state had to pay them millions. Fontes ran the 2018 and 2020 elections in Arizona and both turned into clusterfucks. Seems his legacy is still haunting us today. Kelly is nothing but a yes man for the Democrats who has voted 94% of the time with them while never raising a single objection to anything.
You just cannot stop lying.

Why is that? Nobody got paid millions.

The Democrat friendly Arizona paper of record, the New York Times of Arizona if you will, is throwing in the towel on the mid-term election. They admit the Republicans will very likely sweep the state.

Gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs isn't even trying. Mark Kelly's ads are absolute bald-faced lies, "When Biden's wrong, I call him out," as he votes 95% of the time with the Democrat party and has never made serious objections to legislation like Krystin Sinema has.

That's just two of a slate of mostly unelectable Democrats given the current sympathies of the public.

So, they're going online like most other news organizations have? That's how people get their news now. It's not a "Democrat" thing. It's a "the market decides" thing.

I say they shouldn't have won because they're incompetent fuck ups. At least with Republicans, we'd have gotten a new batch to try out rather than the same ones we already know are incompetent fuck ups.
What do you think Lake's qualifications are, aside from being photogenic?

It cracks me up that anyone on the right thinks there is ANY comparison to the onslaught on election integrity we've seen from Trump and his minions since 2020.

There are 291 Republican election deniers on the ballot in November.

I know. They're only defense to justify their propaganda is to lie about Democrats, "doing it too".

Pretty much, but that was what was being said at the time. My comments on the candidates was, and still is, accurate too, even if they did win.
You were giving us your thoughts from the point of view of a local, which would usually be accurate. Which is why I got a good chuckle from those who tried to tell me that Hochul was going to lose.

Now, some of that might have been from before Dodd. Surely, you had to see the massive movement afterwards.

And you really think that Lake's nonsense was something intelligent people wanted?

You lied about Hobbs

According to exit polls, abortion was the #2 issue on voter's minds, after inflation.

Just an FYI on that one.
And elected officials can do something about the former.

They cannot do anything about the latter for obvious reason.

Record profits by:

Airlines

All Retail

Oil Companies.

This ain't rocket science

I seriously doubt it.
Although it sounds cliche', the fate of our Republic was on everyone's mind. Lake was an election denier. So was Masters. Both were trumpkins, which has proved to be poison in this election.

Both were in favor of national abortion bans, so it looks like abortion was an important issue.
