what we know so far is the cops found both of them in their underwear holding a hammer and Paulie told the 911 dispatch “ my friend won’t leave “. So I think we’re all adults here and we pretty well know what was going on
 
He hasnt been charged with breaking or entering,.....they cant charge him with something he didnt do, he never broke in he was let in

And the alleged attacker also had undefined injuries which required going to a hospital.

Hey, so while I was traveling today, I came up with an answer for you - perhaps you already figured it out.

Your question was: "Why was there glass outside the home?".

Well, a hammer is a tool that has the head on one side and a claw on the other. Both protrude from the handle about 3 inches each.

So - when you smash a window with a hammer, it's going to make an approximately 6 inch in diameter hole in the window.

Now when you withdraw the hammer from the window you hook the head and claw on the window glass on the way out pulling glass outside the house.

So there's your answer how glass got outside the home. It was pulled out when the assailant pulled the hammer out to strike the window again.

That is possible. I wonder why the police were there on a "well being" check. If someone was breaking in a house, wouldn't there be more urgency, both in the call made and the response of the police? I thought a well being check is like when a neighbor or family member is unable to get in touch with someone and requests the police check out the house.

I have a lot of questions. My very first. Nancy Pelosi is hated by half the country, some are screwy enough to do her harm, like the J6 terrorists and this guy.

So.. even if she's NOT home. They're f'ing rich as shit. Hire a fucking security guard for your 90 year-old husband Nancy! Geez!

I'm sure a lot of congresspeople perhaps even some Republicans are getting security for their spouses. I know if I was a Democratic congressman right now, I wouldn't even wait for her to ask me - the guard would have been at our door the next day, along with a motion security system throughout the property!

Again, I can't believe the security in the Speaker of the House - 3rd in line to the presidency, is/was so lax!
