I don't know if you have or haven't because you have no self-control...and it doesn't take much for violent words to turn into violent action, as we've seen over and over and over and over from people just like you.

The above is a confession that you have violent urges that you are trying to control yourself without any professional help like that of a therapist or counselor. You don't have the tools necessary to control yourself, clearly, you need to learn those tools in therapy because your future is only going to get worse the longer you avoid getting the care you need.

So what happens when you lose control? Because you will, you're human. If I lose control, I end up with a sore throat from yelling, if you lose control, people die. That's what you're telling everyone.
