First day of hearings is over.....

I'll give you some time to calm down and come to your senses......maybe October....

Your desperation is palpable.

Remember how they pretended that 20 Million cable viewers for the first day was a big deal? It was actually about 500K less than normally watch all those channels... Not such the big deal they were getting excited about. They added them all together as if it were one channel and said that it "beat" a competitor. However taken as it is normally, channel by channel, they all lost some viewership for their Democrat Telethon.

Why are you working so hard to gaslight others about the hearings?

Do you believe Trump plotted to overthrow the nation by attacking Congress? Yes or no, please.

two cases......people who want constitutional elections won both.......

People who want to disenfranchise voters for the other side won one.

The bigger case, for Pennsylvania's 20 electoral votes, is pending before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Being decided is a lower court ruling that all of the state's absentee ballots must be thrown out because the state constitution forbids absentee voting no matter how it is done. The case involves the interpretation of a single word. In a possible sign of where the case will go, The U.S. Supreme Court ruled just last week against a party who sued under a different claimed infirmity under the same statute. Though the exact legal issues differ the fact that Court upheld the absentee statute rather suggests the unlikelihood of a final ruling that would kill the statute. However, should the case go in Trump's favor and establish the state's 20 electoral votes as invalid additions to Biden's column that would not reduce Biden's total to fewer than the 270 vote Constitutional threshold for becoming President. So this is all pie in the sky.

all your dreams are smoke in the wind....

what difference does that make to the fact Biden will always be known as the only (hopefully) president put in office by an unconstitutional election......

What difference does it make? Well apparently a lot if you can't get over it however, if it made a difference then we would all know what difference it made to the election which, according to your non answer...made no difference.

He can't get off his dead horse. Biden received 306 Electoral votes. It takes 270 votes to win the Presidency. If you take away Pennsylvania's 20 votes and Wisconsin's 10 votes Biden still has more than enough Constitutionally valid votes to keep Trump in his Stolen Election fit. But you can't expect facts ascertained by simple math to register with dummies on the Right.

p.s. He's also as weak on the law as he is with math. The Pennsylvania case is pending before the State Supreme Court. His argument that the lower court decision "is the law" unless and until it's reversed is incorrect. A pending case isn't decided law. The law of the case became suspended the moment the Court accepted the case for review.

My dreams? I should have checked out your nonsense earlier. Your Pennsylvania argument at least has the advantage of applying to Biden's election. The Wisconsin case doesn't. It was brought in connection with a later state election and the Court ruled it would not apply even there because the action was brought too near the election date. The ruling will apply only prospectively as rulings modifying the interpretation of a statute often do.
By way of example since law apparently is unfamiliar to you, your sacred Second Amendment presents a different example of prospective court rulings. The Second Amendment didn't change but in 2008, because of rulings in the Heller case its language meant for the first time as a matter of statutory law that 1) the right is a personal right and 2) that the right is subject to reasonable statutory prohibitions. This did not mean earlier state or federal court decisions inconsistent with Heller's rulings were in error.

Biden won Wisconsin by a little more than 20,000 votes. It's guess work that his margin would be erased by elimination of the drop box ballots. But it's a matter of law that the Constitutional validity of his Wisconsin victory is unaffected by the case.

Pmp is a minion of Satan. He pretends to be a Christian while he spreads lies and seeks to divide Americans with his lies. He has no interest in Goodness, Truth or a better America. He only seeks to spread his hatred to others.

In your first sentence I think you mixed a metaphor. You said, "riding a dead horse'. I think you meant "beating a dead horse". I admire your patience for getting into a conversation with an election truther. After the first 2 J6 presentations, any American who watched them still thinking the election was stolen is not in touch with reality.
