You are specifically talking about the motivation of people who randomly kill a group of strangers, whether for hate or for kicks. If you can't understand the topic of your own thread, you might want to take a break. Your lame attempt to make the Racine incident equivalent to a school shooting was an epic fail. Oh, absolutely. In order for gun laws to work, they have to be consistent everywhere or people will just go to where they can get a kill machine and transport it back by car to where they want to do their damage.
