Ukraine signs agreement to remain neutral with the promise of never becoming a NATO country but also remaining free and independent of Russian federation. ALL Russian troops withdraw from Ukraine immediately with "token" reparations paid to Ukraine to go towards rebuilding damage from invasion. Balance to be paid by UN, IMF, and Ukraine itself. Possible. Any 'guarantee' Russia won't re-invade?

In life there are no guarantees. I would add though that whoever negotiates for our side makes it plain that if there is a re invasion at any time NATO will not stand by but will engage to the fullest and consider anywhere in the Russian federation a potential target. Plan for peace,....but pack a big ass CLUB!

Nope....

"Washington goes on to urge the American people to take advantage of their isolated position in the world, and to avoid attachments and entanglements in foreign affairs, especially those of Europe, which he argues have little or nothing to do with the interests of America."

Not possible to totally stay out anymore. That ended in 1916. But that doesnt mean we shouldnt try.

A 'Partition' may be needed. Putin gets his 'Buffer Zone' (land east of the Dnieper River) and his quasi 'annexation'. 'European Ukraine' (land west of the Dnieper River) gets it's 'Democratic Government' and a Pledge from Russia and NATO to Agree upon the 'Border' (the River).
Putin seems to be comfortable with a 'East/West Germany' mindset, maybe this is how it plays out. (?)
