I am his age and I have no problems. Cognitive tests .like the one Trump supposedly took, are a joke. A mental diagnosis would require a lot more than that. Trump would not pass it. I think Biden would. I get those silly tests every year with the physical that Obama made available to seniors. They are a waste of time. If you cannot pass that, you're already mentally deficient to such a degree that it would be obvious.

Why Trump did and Biden didn't?

Evidently, a cognitive test was considered needed for Trump, unsurprisingly, but not needed for Biden. That Trump passed with a perfect score is solely a report from you know where - the source that clued in the world about Obama's birth certificate and a few thousand other invented things.

p.s. Here are some of brain testers that Trump said he passed with flying colors, along with the points awarded for correct answers:

Cognitive tests are not normally part of anyone's annual physical.

Just because you are required by the court to take a cognitive test every time you go to the doctor doesn't mean any one else is.
