Yes.

The thought of having the people who are supposed to be improving the health of patients placing them at risk instead because they refuse to get vaccinated is unacceptable.

If they all end up working in heavily Republican States where they are free to be as risky with patient health as they see fit, and it ends up making the pandemic worse in those places will only exemplify that the firing was the correct decision.
