Detention centers are just pass thru now -they cant hold thousands of migrants each week

It's apparently a perfect storm. Politicization so poisonous that it stops government from functioning and nearly paralyzes the entire civic society. A global pandemic swallowed up by that politicization. 612,000 dead bodies. And complete ambivalence by people who used to be Americans and now only enjoy that identity thanks to their technical citizenship. It's heartbreaking.

Bob is utterly confused and there is no hope to educate him. Osmosis does not work on concrete. Less than a million people in a state with well over 5 million unvaccinated Republicans is not a problem worth mentioning. But Bob needs an excuse for what is happening in Florida, and he refuses to face the reality that this variant is spreading because Republicans are refusing to be vaccinated.
