We only needed bailouts because Conservatives ruined the economy with tax cuts and deregulation.

We needed a bailout in 2001 because the Capital Gains Tax Cut of 1997 caused the dotcom bubble.

We needed a bailout in 2008 because the Bush Tax Cuts and deregulation caused the housing bubble.

We needed a bailout in 2020 because Trump lied about COVID, and his tax cuts caused a recession two years after they were passed (also, manufacturing plunged into a recession for all of 2019).

So to avoid future bailouts, we should just stop electing Conservatives.

There are job openings in just about every sector right now, yet employers are having difficulty

WOW, that's over $4700 a month in income and none of them are looking to go back to work again, as they are all retired now.

Yep, and their extra unemployment compensation will be paid all the way through December 2021.
