Agreed on both points. A 30 year old Texas housewife knows the necessity of balancing the check book. She could lose the trailer if she went over her limit. Trump and Congress just write in whatever number they want the US government to have and then they spend that much money. So far this year, they've spent almost 4 Trillion dollars on top of the 23 Trillion "We, the People" already owe.
