How should we punish China?

LOL! Dude, you better be worried China don't escalate their Treasury Bonds!

Because if they did, and we didn't pay out, the other 75 nations that finance the US treasury would do the very same thing- AND YOU CAN FORGET LIFE AS YOU KNOW IT!

You people are some of the most irresponsible thinkers in the world.

One of these days, and it will only be just a few more months, YOU TRUMPTARDS are going to learn a valuable lesson in life- THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES TO EVERYTHING- MOST CERTAINLY BAD BEHAVIOR AND BAD DECISIONS!

China can't escalate a U.S. bond.

You look goofy in the picture.

Lemme guess, your wife taught you some Latin and "ad homs" (not the real phrase) is the best you can recollect? Jesus.

Go for it. Prove I just magically had all of this information on you.

That's not me- it's an actor named Kip something or other. Type a colon followed by "kipyes: followed by a colon, no spaces.

"Ad hom" is short for ad hominem, definition here. Since this is a political debate forum, you should know this.

Third, you're deflecting now. You started a discussion about divorce, yet you claim that it was me.

Dictatorships, regardless if monarchies, fascist or communist, are always going to be more efficient than Democracies.

"Democracies are messy" -- SecDef Rumsfeld

Additionally, China does it for power, the US does it for profit. Psychologically, if you know what motivates someone, you have an edge on knowing how to manipulate them.

There currently is no democracy on Earth. Governments are not a measure of efficiency.

The way Trump is printing money, I agree.

A slight disagreement. The IQ of a group of people goes down in inverse proportion to it's size. Or as Elmer Peterson once allegedly wrote:

"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters (i.e., we the people) discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. "

Democracies are flawed, which is why the Founders established our government as it did with lots of safeguards. Unfortunately, Americans have grown soft and lazy while elected leadership are destroying the country. This is where I again about "will" of the People.

Trump is not printing money. Congress is.

There are currently no democracies anywhere on Earth. The United States has never been a democracy.

Good point, elections make people feel like they have more power, than they actually probably do.

If it wasn't a Democracy voting rights, we'd probably be in the streets fighting.

Although, that could be good, or really bad.

Probably really bad, because Russia & China would probably provoke that as a pretext to invade.

What democracy? There is no democracy currently on Earth. The United States is a federated republic, not a democracy.

All the extremist political nutjobs think I'm "the other wing". You're one, you think I'm a Librul, tree-hugging Biden-supporting commie, but that's just as wrong as Nomad's POV. Both of you are fucking idiots.

What POV?

I don't have a POV about you because I've never wasted any time thinking about you.

And that is exactly what thinking about you would be.... a waste of time.

More accurately, Trump made a proposal, both sides of Congress had a Yea or Nay vote and then Trump chose to sign the Congressional approved bills to print US almost Four TRILLION dolllars.
History revisionism.

A bunch of people whined to the federal government to get relief. Trump proposed one solution, the House tried to add a bunch of unrelated crap to the bill, failed, tried again, finally got something close enough to be tolerable to the Senate, then Trump signed the result.

Of course nothing lasts for ever. Even the Earth will be dead in five billion years when the Sun becomes a red giant. All we have is the here and now. What's happening now is that our nation is spending our grandchildren's future and "We, the People" don't seem to give a shit about it.
We the People do give a shit about it. You see it in the way people complain about it (including you). Some people do not give a shit about it.

I am an advocate for the truth!

What do you mean you have no use for democracy?

I said that?

I did not mean to say that.

I am all in for democracy, even though it is hard to do well, and the West is now generally failing at doing it...just look at all of the abuse that power now dishes out!
