Yes, the answer is the Coronavirus Task Force’s plan, headed by President Trump and VP Pence with the input from the health professionals.

There will be guidelines and standards that must be met to open each state’s economy. These guidelines will ensure that the risks are minimal for a resurgence of the virus from China. Each state will determine when they have met the guidelines.
