Obviously it would be a game-changer if Biden, Bernie and/or Trump drops dead but I think they all have enough money to prevent dying like some poor bastard on Medicare stuffed into a retirement facility at minimum cost.

I think a more likely impact would be on state and Congressional elections depending upon how marginal the incumbent is and the severity of the impact from the disease. If enough people lose their parents and/or grandparents, they may vote for regime change within their own states. This could have a very interesting result in January 2021.

That said, if this disease whips through like wildfire over the next 6 weeks, we'll begin to see the effects. If it's relatively contained and "out there" with little impact on most Americans, then I don't expect a change from the status quo.

I really don't know. I don't think that a POTUS or IMPOTUS has the constitutional power to do that, but I don't know for sure. If TRE45ON thought that he could 1) get away with it, and 2) stay in office longer, he'd do it in a New York minute.

Why do you expect the number of cases to grow EXPONENTIALLY?

What facts are you using to back up that claim?

We haven't seen exponential growth of this anywhere in the world, including China. Why would you expect it here? China is on the bottom of their bell shaped curve. They are back to work.
