How many leftists think he should be your front runner?

I understand your point about Biden. The Democrats will vote for Mickey Mouse if he were the candidate. Centrists too. It's the Independents who will decide this election, as they do all elections.

I think those who chose to vote third party in '16, or not vote at all are now regretting that trump is in office. I would say that if Biden gets the nomination, his VP pick will be important. Tim Kaine was a horrid pick for Hillary.

Also...there was a lot of animosity aimed at Clinton by Bernie supporters. Many voted for trump out of spite. We don't have that this time around.

'16 was an anomaly. It isn't going to happen again.

Also...Biden going head to head against trump will be much different than Biden against the entire field now.

There probably are a lot of people who didn't vote, because they assumed there was no way a retard like Trump could actually win, and are now regretting it. But as you pointed out, it was also the "Bernie or Bust" people. And they hate Biden just like they hated Hillary. I've talked to some of these people and they refuse to support anyone but Bernie. They think if Trump wins again, it somehow sends a message to the DNC. Which is completely fucking ridiculous, but that's the thought process.

I don't think they'll be voting for Trump out of spite this time, considering what a disaster he's been, but they're also likely to stay home instead of voting at all. If we look at both of Obama's wins, and Trump's win, we see that the candidate with the passionate supporters win. The candidate with the supporters who are just supporting their party don't win.

Seriously if he can’t keep it together now what is going to happen in September when he gets Trumps complete and undivided attention?

I am considering sending Biden some
Money to make sure he is the democrat nominee.

Joe Biden's Insane thoughts on Hairy Legs, Roaches, and kids

Plus they don't hate Biden. Their media had not spent 15 years making up total bullshit about Joe like they had Hillary, so they
don't have the same built in pavlovian mental issue they had before. Add that Dems are righteously beside themselves with rage
at this criminal potus. IT IS GOING TO BE A HAPPY BLOODBATH.

I AM GOING TO LOVE WATCHING THE BLOODY SPLATTER AND GOO STREAM DOWN FOX NEWS TV NOV 3 2020.

Whoever we elect, and whatever congress looks like, it will be WAY different. Totally dem in a landslide. You filth
are going to pay. You had to be this way. You couldn't temper it. Well, you asked for it. Now you are going to get.
A one term shamed and disgraced reject potus and a massive landslide to the left in both senate and house.

EAT SHIT AND DIE TRAITORS

Lunatic dumb rant Saved. ;)

Some might 'hate' anyone but Bernie, but the general consensus was that Bernie was robbed. This time around, his polling is nowhere near what it was in '16. He's going to be around for quite some time because he's got tons of money. His platform was unique in '16, and that surely was a 'change' election.

I don't think there will be such animosity if Biden is the nominee.

Not sure how old these people are, but that's the same mentality as those who vote Third Party. They ignore that corporations will always own the govt, and it isn't going to change just because they voted for someone who isn't mainstream. In fact, '16 showed that when you think you're going to 'drain the swamp', you end up with the worst swamp in the history of govt.

Despite a 'record' turnout in '16, 50% of the electorate opted not to participate. For all the Bernie or busters, there are ten people who are determined to show trump the door. They've waited 4 years.

I agree. Nobody's getting fooled again. I guess it all depends on who they are. If they need health insurance. If they need birth control. If they believe in a woman's right to choose. It might just be the gun issues that drag them to the polls. Again...VP pick will be important.

Agree, but this election has passionate voters on both sides. trump has succeed in creating that passion. Now more than ever, half of the country is voting 'against' a candidate.

Now that Harris is out, I am debating between Warren and Buttigieg.

Go with Liarwatha, your backing is the kiss of death for her chances. Why would anybody back a candidate that wants to ban fracking and make the US dependent on the Middle East again? That's just sheer insanity in my view, care to explain that counsellor?
