Christine Blasey Ford Was Really A Drunken Slut

It also shows me that who we choose to believe is completely determined by ideology rather than any facts (which often cannot be determined). All liberals believed Anita Hill and Ford while conservatives did not not and conservatives believed the Clinton accusers and liberals did not (except for Monica who I think I saw sitting on the stage with Harris recently).

It's not like you to fling a blanket of accusation over an entire group of ppl. I voted for Clinton the first time but voted for the (L) candidate the second time because his behavior in the WH so disgusted me. I'm not the only one; I know several other usual-(D)-voters who didn't vote at all, or picked a 3rd party candidate.

I wonder how many, if any, long-time (R)s declined to vote for Trump, having heard about all of HIS sexcapades with women-not-his-wife?

Your example was probably because the Monica incident was proven (although consensual). You don't think it is true that almost all Democrats believe Ford and almost all conservatives don't believe her? Maybe I should change that characterization to Trump supporters and Trump haters.

I don't think it is an accusation but just an accurate description of partisan politics today. We are so strongly attached to our group that our beliefs are determined by that group. Social psychology asks people how they feel about a particular issue. If told their party takes the opposite stand on that issue many people change their position to coincide with their party.

I could predict whether almost every poster believed or didn't believe Ford based on their known political leanings.

Not voting for Trump because of his sexcapades is a different matter. I think Republicans who did not vote for him because of that probably had strong reservations about him already. But I bet even conservatives who dislike and did not vote for Trump still supported Kavanaugh.

Name all those others you claim didn't vote or went 3rd party.

Are you afraid of Terri4Trump, a strong women who served her country (perhaps as an O-3 or an O-4...or higher) Mujer de Buho?

Boo!

I don't know if it's true that almost all (D)s believe Ford and almost all (R)s don't. I wasn't sure myself until I watched her entire testimony for myself. It *did* seem a bit too coincidental that she showed up when she did. I suspect if "most (R)s" had watched her -- live, not a few sound bits or an edited video later -- they might have also found her credible.

There is some truth to that, but it appears to be far more true of those on the right than of those on the left. For instance, I know many voters -- some in my own family -- who didn't even bother to vote in 2016 because they were so opposed to Clinton that even the prospect of a Trump presidency wasn't enough to sway them. A few were angry at the DNC for choosing her over Sanders, as well, and stayed home. In the three years since, I have yet to hear any (R) say that they did not vote because of their opposition to Trump.

How can you find a liar like Ford credible? It boiled down to nothing more than you hate Trump and are still mad your black BOY didn't get Garland confirmed. You should blame Joe Biden.

I don't think they are going to let somebody testify who doesn't seem credible.
