Why should we go to war, because Saudi Arabia was attacked?

"The War Powers Act of 1973 says the president can commit to a war on his own decision. He has to notify Congress within 48 hours. Then Congress can watch for 60 days. What happens after 60 days? Congress declares war and goes along."

Sounds reasonable to me. It allows flexibility to act quickly and Congress can consider it later.
