Excellent question, and time for you to make a decision. Do you want to penalize a private company for hiring illegals, or do you want to help capture illegal immigrants?

I would, respectfully, include their sanctuary cities, where radical Democrat Socialists protect illegals (non-citizens) who assault, rape, rob and murder legal American citizens...for their potential (and actual) votes. Illegals ahead of legal American citizens.

There's no proof, yet, that the business know those they hired, were illegals.

If it's proven; then bankrupt all involved, through, fines, confiscation, seal the bank accounts, and anything else that can be done.

Penalize the organization and undocumented immigrants.
