A mother spoke to ABC11 Thursday after a registered sex offender was charged with sexually assaulting her 4-year-old daughter.

Orange County Sheriff’s Office officials said in a release Thursday afternoon that 47-year-old Randy Lewis Woolson had been charged with indecent liberties with a child and statutory sex offense by an adult. Woolson is a registered sex offender from Durham County, according to authorities.
