A 24-year-old illegal immigrant has been charged with the murder of missing Mollie Tibbetts.

Christian Rivera, 24, was charged on Tuesday after leading police to the corn field where he dumped Mollie's body after attacking her on July 18.

Rivera, who has been in the US illegally for between four and six years, followed her in his black car as she ran at around 7.30pm on July 18.

He 'blacked out' and attacked her after she threatened to call the police unless he left her alone.

Part of any national security has got to be the wall. can you imagine being a family member and knowing someone that got here illegally killed her? It's the same thing as Kate Steinle - it happens all the time.

Why on earth would anyone not want a wall for security? they work well worldwide for border contrl

A wall is relatively permanent unless it's torn down. It would help prevent a future Obama from emasculating border agents.
