I think it's more then that - ( risk corridors)..it's fundamentally flawed in that there aren't enough low cost
catastrophic choices for young people ( so they opt out)-and too much forced coverage for old farts like myself

FYI it's possible for liberals to support some but not all conservative politicians. It's how I personally think about McCain, Comey, Flake, Sasse etc. Some of us consider ethics and the common good in our decisions on who and what to support. You should try it.
