Can vBuletin be set so that posters are notified of Thanks/Groans?

Every trumper is a N4T.
In another forum I used to post in that used vBulletin, anytime someone thanked you for a post or you thanked them, the recipient of the thanks got a notification similar to a PM notification on the top right of the screen.

Is it or would it be possible to do that here? I've noticed that it doesn't.

What's the point of giving & getting thanks/groans if in order for the recipient to see them, they have to go back through every post they make?

Does the little snow flake need the the validation and gratification?
