Racist LA Clippers Owner Donald Sterling is a Democrat, What else is new?

You appear to be saying that it doesn't matter what they did or didn't do, in the past and instead it only matters what's occurring today.

We can't change what happened in the past. If I made a mistake in my life in the past should I never be able to rectify it in the future? I don't follow the logic of saying that because they didn't protest before they shouldn't do it now.

And if he says it affects the bottom line of the companies ability to preform?

That is the example I gave before.

If I wrote something as cawacko on JPP that was determined to be horrifically offensive and was broadcast around the country and they were able to determine who I was in real life and what company I worked for and all my co-workers stopped working for the company in protest of me still being there and the company's clients pulled their money from our accounts would I be upset if I were fired? Upset at myself maybe?

Do you now intend to relay this same message to anyone on this forum that decides to bring up the past of any political figure?

So your situation has to fit only those examples and nothing else.

I've come to realize that you don't want it clarified, you just want specific parameters to be set so you can later say you adhered to the letter of the law and not the intent.

You just brought up the past of politicians. I do not understand the connection you are trying to make about the past of politicians and the NBA case with Donald Sterling.

I've said I do not believe the example you use of your boss firing you over what you say on JPP to be analogous to what happened with Sterling. I understand you feel otherwise. Fair enough. I gave an example of what I felt was an apples to apples comparison of how your work example would be close to Sterling's. You are obviously free to disagree with that.

That's all right.
I'll just patiently wait until it can be put into context that you'll have a better time understanding.

I'll repeat, I think it is a legitimate question to ask why the league and players did nothing all those years knowing what they did about Don Sterling. The charges against him were public record. I also understand why the players, coaches and others reacted like they did after hearing the tape. The league had a full on revolt on its hands and was looking at taking a massive hit to its brand so it acted.

Freedom I'm having this conversation with you because I'm open to hearing different opinions and thoughts on this but I'm also going to express my viewpoints. This discussion, to me at least, is not a one on one challenge of some sort nor am I trying to be obtuse. It's just two people talking.

It only becomes an exchange when both parties take the time to actually read the others posts and then reflect on them.
It's not an exchange when one of the parties decides that they require everything in black and white.

Since the previous question confused you; I'll just wait until the opportunity presents itself, to give you the chance to put it into context.

Bill Simmons is one of my favorite writers. Great column about Sterling here but he speaks about why the NBA didn't force out Sterling prior.

""And David Stern looked the other way for decades, waiting for a smoking gun that never came. He knew Sterling, who started out as an attorney and eventually made his billions in real estate, loved courtrooms more than he loved anything else. Fearing the very real possibility of Sterling becoming the NBA’s Al Davis, Stern never messed with him — not even in 2003, 2006 and 2009, when Sterling kept settling those housing discrimination lawsuits and being tied to offensive quotes. When the NBA briefly owned the New Orleans franchise in 2011, Stern’s office vetoed the team’s trade of Chris Paul to the Lakers. Six days later, Stern rerouted him to the Clippers and immediately turned them into a marquee contender. Shining a gigantic spotlight on their most incompetent owner … I mean, what could possibly go wrong?

At the 2012 Finals, I remember asking a high-ranking league official if the NBA could ever force Sterling out. We can’t do anything, he said. We can’t do ANYTHING. Once you own a team, you’re in. The league couldn’t even jettison George Shinn, the once-disgraced Hornets owner who turned the city of Charlotte against him so completely and totally, it briefly destroyed professional basketball there. Unless Donald Sterling screwed up or dropped dead, he would keep owning the Clippers. And everyone knew it.""

Not all, butt most Black players seem to lack natural stamina, so Larry Bird would run them down until they quit.

You have been brainwashed by the Lib media/teachers into thinking that Blacks are the best athletes, trust me, they are not in my two best sports, golf and tennis, they are too loose, too herky jerky, which might be good in basketball. Golf and Tennis are way tougher to play well, and being tall means nothing in tennis and golf. Look at France's Gill Monfils and Joe Willy Tsonga, both can leap very high and are super quick runners, they have the best coaches and equipment, butt they always seem to lose to the top guys, you tell me why?

Football Hall Of Famer Jim Brown used to play a lot of tennis, and I have actually hit with him in Vegas, it would be a no contest between him and me. I would turn Jimmy everyway butt loose in a tennis match, guaranteed, drop shot his fat ass, but naturally he would run for every whitey drop volley, or drop shot like he was trained to do so, to try to prove to me what a great athlete he was, butt I know this trait and I use it to my advantage when playing backs. I especially like to play quick black sprinters because I run them all over the court and the fools keep trying to impress me with their speed...all true...how about an SC NCAA 100 yard sprinter twenty years younger than I and his tongue was hanging out after a 70 minute 6-2 set against me...all true. The MFer tried to run down everything like Jim Brown, and he flat ran out of gas, like I knew he would...I won easily..but anyone watching that set from afar would think that the Black dude was too fast/good for me to win....not

Michael Jordan has the best golf instructors, gear, etc, butt he cannot putt worth a sheet, therefore, I would clean his plow in a Golf Match, trust me on that also, because I am known as a golf scrambler, look it up. Of course there are exceptions like Tiger and Arthur Ash, but they are not 100% Black, less than half. I will say that Muhammad Ali, my hero was the best ever Boxer, but again his great great great Grandfather was a White Slave owner. You really need to drop your pro-black racist attitude and smell the roses.

I do not want to label you a jive turkey fool, so start using your head moore.

Start using my head "moore?" Ok dude I really can't even take you seriously anymore...
