Racist LA Clippers Owner Donald Sterling is a Democrat, What else is new?

I bet Superfreak's a real ball hog. He's the type of guy that has a chip on his shoulder not being from Ohio or going to a world class University like USC and just never passes. I bet SF's favorite player was Yinka Dare who went a whole season without an assist.

D Wade... Marquette... nuff said

So if your boss called you into their office and said you were being fired, over a comment you made here, you would have no problem with it and would just go merrily on your way?

People I know have been fired over facebook for violating HIPAA. All it takes is one person to snitch. If it was me (and it has) where I was careless and thought what I said had no repricussion despite my assumption of privacy I have nobody to blame but myself.

Sorry but you could put the best all white team together and they'll still get smashed.

My starting 5 (All-Black)

1) PG Magic

2) SG Kobe/Michael

3) SF Lebron James

4) Tim Duncan

5) C SHAQ DIESEL
. I didn't even add Reggie Miller or Ray Allen for the 3.

This five can beat any all white squad you can assemble

Tried to keep these as current as possible

1) Bill Walton C

2) Steve Nash/John Stockton PG

3) Larry Bird SF

4) Kevin McHale PF

5) Pete Maravich SG

Sorry Kobe is...MJ never scored 82 in a game

and one game does not make a person the greatest.

1) He did it against Toronto... who was pathetic that year

2) He was a ball hog against one of the worst teams in the league... which exemplifies the typical selfish play of the rapist.

I can see Pistol pete possibly giving my team issues and you can't 'eave larry open. Stockton was always a problem. A younger healthy Nash as well....BUT a young Bird against Lebron would be a nightmare for Larry, and Magic is taller than stockton and Nash so he can post them up.

MISMATCH SF

I was just trying... never said they could actually win... :)

Well it's actually a good squad...With the exception of Pete and Walton (and Nash) I think Larry and stockton are part of the reason the Dream Team was so memorable. Too bad that kind of basketball isn't played today.

According to Red Auerback, Pistol Pete was the greatest ball handler of all time. Bill Walton was too quick and too smart for todays NBA retards to handle, and he always outleaped Jabbar on the Tip-Offs, look at YouTube films. Jerry West was not called Mr. Clutch for nothing, plus he was great on defense. Larry Bird was the greatest 3-point shooter in history, just look at the All-Star three point shooting contest, no contest against today's primadonas. The fifth White dude might be Steve Nash or John Havlicek or John Stockton, all of these guys would make mince meat out of the current cloned ball players. One thing all these White Players had was stamina, and they never quit, an uncommon thread with todays spolied bratty NBA players.

Whatever. You seem to have no problem putting words in other people's mouths. Your opinion means nothing.

I said nothing about homophobia, or that racism was worse. So, your implication was insanely dishonest. Sorry 'bout that.

Your short term memory seems to be failing.

So homophobia is OK; but racism is so much worse, according to you. :palm:

Of course. Because that's exactly what "an owner and a player have 2 different roles" means.

Mensa alert!

Thanks for proving that you're nothing more then a hypocritical windsock that will go which ever way the public opinion breathes.

The tape was public. It was made in private but it was public for the world to hear.

Is it wrong if the players said 'we f'd up not doing this before (protesting) we're not going to f it up this time?'

So if your boss called you into their office and said you were being fired, over a comment you made here or in private, you would have no problem with it and would just go merrily on your way?

Again the greatest player is black....The argument of whether Kobe or MJ being the best of all time is always good for debates. I gave you my starting five and even if you took your so-called "Great White Hope" you still couldn't beat my team. I could even put Doug Christie on Larry Bird and Doug Christie is a scrub player and he would still lock him up on defense. I could put Vince Carter on Larry Bird and Larry wouldn't be able to guard Vince Carter's jock strap.

And you're ok with being fired for your beliefs and comments, like maybe when you talked about a patient that had died?

When it comes to violating HIPAA you have to be specific and have to give out the patient's name, medical record number and/or display pictures of the patient that becomes public knowledge. If you do any of the aforementioned things you deserve to be fired. When it comes to the ambiguity of talking about patients at the hospital if you aren't clear on who the patient is and you do not give out information although it is still not warranted, it's not a violation of HIPAA. This is why when I responded I was talking about people who are careless. For example Sterling is said to record all of his discussions as references in case he forgets. If that is true that is being careless. Not only is he trusting a mistress with what he says privately, but for him being a lawyer why would he trust that kind of woman to record him? I mean that is careless itself. He deserves to get banned not just for his racist comments but for being an idiot.

I wasn't talking about you violating HIPAA; but obviously you have decided that it's the only thing that could be fired for; because my original question was:
So if your boss called you into their office and said you were being fired, over a comment you made here, you would have no problem with it and would just go merrily on your way?

Since so many people have been afraid to answer it, I just thought I'd personalize it for you and see how honest you were.

Now how about answering the original question?

So if your boss called you into their office and said you were being fired, over a comment you made here or in private, you would have no problem with it and would just go merrily on your way?

That doesn't address what I asked and I've already responded to this question. It is not an apples to apples comparison. Your hypothetical is not the same as what's happening in the NBA.
