Cawacko, I admit I don't follow football anymore. But, I couldn't help but notice this major, major upset. Outside of male porn stars, I think you blather on about USC football more than anything else ;)

How the hell did Stanford come into your house as a 41 point underdog, and kick your ass?


Stanford Upsets USC

Typical of a college football season where it seems as if the higher a team is ranked the better the chance is it will get beat, hapless Stanford stunned No. 2 Southern California, 24-23, in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

The victory will redefine the standard for an upset in college football in terms of the Vegas point spread, as Stanford entered the game as a 41-point underdog, according to The Associated Press.

I suppose one could...........

blame it on LA smog...the Stanford boys had more oxygen going into the game! If they stayed more than a day or two in LA they may have lost!:D

First of all I thought it was the sign of the apocalypse (sp). I did not think the sun would rise Sunday. In fact I tried to drink so much that I would not rise Sunday either.

They wanted it more and they beat us. We had five turnovers which killed us. A couple of unlucky breaks for us while they convert a 4th and 20 and a 4th and 10 on their final drive to win.

I went to campus to see Pete Carroll speak today and it made me feel a little better but I have been walking around shell shocked the last two days.
