Well first of all, the linked art is too small to see, but since I do have living legend powers, was able to see it was a chart showing how the rest of the world 'opines' for our president. It's a nonsensical argument and straw man to begin with, and here is why...

Pick some random country around the world that everyone is familiar with, China, Australia, Venezuela.. whoever. You MIGHT know who the current 'president' is, and you MIGHT even know something about his party, but I bet you don't know who his challenger is or would be, in any given election. The known incumbent is ALWAYS going to poll higher, simply because common people recollect who that is, as opposed to someone they probably never heard of. Some sheep farmer in Uzbekistan, probably has heard the name "Obama" and is aware he is president of the united states, and also most likely, has no idea who Mitt Romney is. So this in itself, makes your information irrelevant to any honest discussion about anything at all. (i.e.; nonsensical)

Now what DOES matter here, is your perception or thinking, that people in America care or are even the slightest bit concerned with how the rest of the world feels about our elections. Perhaps there are a few liberal elitists who romanticize European opinion because they think it's chic, but those people are probably going to vote for Obama, if they vote. They only represent about 15-20% of the democrat base, so it still doesn't matter, the vast and overwhelming majority of us, simply don't care what you think or want.
