....thanks to Obama being an idiot...the fool just doesn't know terrorism when it hits him in the face...

On Nov. 5, 2009, Army Major Nidal Hasan went on a shooting spree at Fort Hood, Texas where he was stationed. Witnesses said he was making Islamic statements as he shot one serviceman/woman after another. By the time Hasan was taken into custody, he had killed 13 people and wounded 32 others.

His guilt is not a question as he was caught in the act. Those at the scene believed Hasan’s attack was an act of Islamic terrorism. Subsequent investigations revealed that he was against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Instead of treating him like the terrorist he was, the Obama administration pushed the Pentagon to declare Hasan’s shootings were an act of workplace violence and not a terrorist act. He was arrested and treated like any other person accused of murder.

Three and half years later, he still has not been tried for his murderous rampage. As an active military personnel who has not yet been found guilty of a crime, Hasan continues to collect his full salary as an Army major. Since the shooting, he has earned $278,000.

Your stupidity is becoming a good reason to put you on the banned list.....the UCMJ didn't claim this was work place violence and not terrorism....the
Obama administration did....typical strawman response....create the illusion of having refuted something by replacing it with a superficially similar yet unequivalent proposition without ever having actually refuted the original position.

Nevertheless...the UCMJ dictates what you can and cannot do to Military prisoners and Boo Hoo Hoo...you and the other hate-filled morons out for blood can't just ignore the rules and do what you'd like.

since we're all about the letter of the law, can you cite where the president has authority to assassinate american citizens by his label of enemy combatant?

what part of my statement concerning drone assassinations of americans has to do with the fort hood shooter and the UCMJ?

A terrorist, any terrorist, even one in our military, is still a terrorist and as such, he would get a nice speedy trial like the OK bomber and would
have been executed as he deserves long ago ...

Like the Senate? "The Senate released a report describing the mass shooting as "the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil since September 11, 2001."

Or "On the November 9, 2009 Fox News Sunday show, U.S. Senator Joseph Lieberman called for a probe by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, which he chairs. Lieberman said, "if the reports that we're receiving of various statements he made, acts he took, are valid, he had turned to Islamist extremism ... if that is true, the murder of these 13 people was a terrorist act ... "

Not quite. We, the People, elect the Senate....we don't elect those Obama chooses to do his bidding....you know, the Atty. Gen., Sec. of State, the entire cabinet.....
Joint Chiefs, Sec. of this and Sec. of that, FBI, DOD, DOJ, HLS, he is CIC you know.....those are the puppets that he instructed call it 'workplace violence' and arrest the terrorist as a common criminal.....

but I am happy to see you do recognize it certainly was a terrorist act, as probably 95% of us do. Too bad your president and his lackys didn't see it that way.

Who gives a shit?

This thread is about the Ft Hood shooter and the inability of angry Righties to just toss aside the rule book and do what they please to the guy.
