Education isn't "free." Somebody pays for it be it individuals or everybody through taxes. You do know in all three of your examples that any sort of alternative education was banned by law and only a public school education / indoctrination was allowed. In N. Korea, the family of a child has to pay the government to send their child to a government school.

ProudLiberal is not paid by the government to give you his "free education", much like you are not paid by the government to give us your "free education".

I extremely doubt that. That would be an alien concept in an extreme communist state like North Korea.
