President Donald Trump’s legal team has warned his former fixer, Michael Cohen, to stop speaking out and violating lawyer-client confidentiality, the president’s attorney Rudy Giuliani told ABC News Saturday.

The warning comes just six days after Trump’s team waived lawyer-client privilege concerning a recorded conversation between Cohen and his former boss apparently about a payment to former Playboy model who has said she and Trump had a long-running affair.

“We have complained” to Cohen’s lawyers that “he’s violated the attorney-client privilege, publicly and privately,” Giuliani told the network. Giuliani said Cohen is in “grave danger of being disbarred.”

But Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis, told Huffpost in a statement that Giuliani “seems to be confused.”

Giuliani “expressly waived attorney-client privilege last week and repeatedly and inaccurately — as proven by the tape — talked and talked about the recording, forfeiting all confidentiality,” Davis said.

Trump has failed to pay his lawyers in the past and won't follow advice.. No top tier lawyer will touch him.

Even Trump's long time driver is suing Trump for cheating him out of thousands of hours of overtime.

Trump has always been a dirtbag and a cheat.. Nothing has changed.

Trump has removed almost any power his cabinet has. Trump wants to be Putin. He has put his unqualified family in positions that do not merit. Anyone actually think Ivanka is doing anything? She did try to use her exalted non job to push her businesses, but apparently failed. She got some deals from China using her '"status".


Trump was never adopted by the NY old money. they saw through him.

All the same, sure old money has shunned him, he's a failure after all, bankruptcied half a dozen times, white trash manners/mannerisms. But he so yearns to be in the club that he must take on the disease which makes him want to be one of them even moreso. Don is now the pageant contestant stringing psychobabble "please choose me" paragraphs together begging, even marrying off a daughter to old money.
