I'm just reporting on Xi's Man Quid Pro bringing back prohibition.

Not sure HOW the Regime will enforce the "2 drinks a week" limit. Perhaps those 85,000 armed IRS agents?

Who the fuck cares? I don't follow those guidelines on anything probably. Hell, I had to look them up to see what they even are.
