2) It likely breaches all sorts of professional ethics but it isn't like he will have a license when this is over anyway.

3) I cannot imagine there would be anything on them that would stand up on appeal if introduced at the trial of Donald Trump. Attorney-Client privilege belongs to the client, not the attorney.
