Would any reasonable prosecutor not have recorded Hillary Clintons interview?????

I asked myself the same question and googled it. Apparently, by policy, FBI agents are not allowed to electronically record interviews or even confessions, except in rare cases. Still, I would have brought a stenographer with a purely mechanical stenograph. Poor policy in my opinion.
