I find this completely believable. Many men lack the self-control to keep their eyes where they belong, and Biden's lack of a brain-to-mouth filter is legendary. It's gross, but no more disqualifying than Trump saying Paris Hilton was hot when she was twelve.

It is interesting, however, that all people involved are either Bernie supporters or Christine "I'm Not A Witch" O'Donnell, and that this comes out just as the Tara Reade story appears to be imploding.
