Justice Roberts has granted an "Administrative Stay" freezing the lower court's order.

SCOTUS doesn't normally get involved in cases, and definitely not at such an early stage where it is before district court.

JPP jurists may now commence crying.

District Courts that obstructionist Democrats have venue-shopped are trying to stymie core Constitutional executive functions, and they're styling their lawfare as TROs or administrative stays in order to forestall appellate review.

That strategy won't work for long

It looks like it won't even last the week.

:woot:

Bwahahaha!

Cue the shrill shrieks from the "rule of law/separation of powers" morons - I expect we'll hear threats about packing the Court, impeachment of Justices, and "term limits" any minute now.

:rofl2:

TLDR for JPP Boomers: Justice Roberts just temporarily blocked a federal district court order attempting to exercise Article II powers granted only to the President.
