There is no 'austerity economy'... spending is still above 2008 levels for the EU. The return of the spend spend spend our way out of debt clans in France and Greece will certainly help to speed the break up of the Euro.
 
It would please many people for it to fail. However, from reading the posts of Americans, the EU has been about to fail any day now for the past year or so.
 
I used to say back in 2001-2004 that Western Europe would not survive until 2020. I didn't expect a massive global recession to come along and make my prediction a little interesting.

Get with the program, the Cons cant have been wrong! It might be 2016 or 2045 or even 2176, but the end is coming and the Euro and the EU is doomed, Glen Beck said so!

I still have a chuckle when I hear lefties claim that there is austerity taking place. I guess if they believe it, facts don't have to be on their side
