Al Sharpton did nothing about this mans' shooting. Obama didn't give a speech.​


A Florida man had two murder charges against him dropped Thursday after an appeals court found he was justified in blasting two unarmed men under the state's controversial "Stand Your Ground" law.


Gabriel Mobley, 38, received immunity from the charges after the court found that he was justified in the killings because he was scared for his life and was defending himself when he fatally shot two 24-year-old men outside a Chili's restaurant in Hialeah.

they damn sure would be screaming about it if a white man had been the shooter, unless he was a cop. only cops are highly trained enough to shoot wildly in fear of their lives when someone reaches toward their waistline.
 
Why aren't you racist pos crying about the travesty of justice involved in arresting and trying this man? If he were white and had shot a black child you would be.

I was right, Big Phony only think its wrong to charge and try a white man for killing a black boy. Just like in his example of the white on black knockout he thinks race is the only factor to consider.

Mobley had several witnesses to the fact that the supposed "victims" initiated the confrontation and were the aggressors throughout. Still, he was arrested and faced prosecution. There is little parallel to the Zimmerman case.
 
Mobley was entirely justified, as the court agreed.


So was Zimmerman.


Liberals aren't pursuing a vendetta against Mobley, for some reason. :dunno:

A spokeswoman said Thursday afternoon that Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office was still reviewing the ruling. But relying on local prosecutors, The Miami Herald reported that the appeals court would be asked to hear the case again, potentially paving the way for the case to go to the Supreme Court.
