Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is planning a Thursday morning meeting with Latino and African-American activists at his Manhattan headquarters in Trump Tower. The activists are fellows from the Queens, N.Y., office of the Republican Leadership Initiative, a program designed to train young, diverse recruits to be campaign field operatives.

Multiple GOP sources confirmed plans for the meeting and characterized it as part of Trump’s outreach efforts in the African-American and Latino communities. While the initiative is not solely focused on training minority activists, a source said the Queens office of the program is in a predominately African-American and Latino area and has attracted its participants from the community.

So the trumpf will be training these young recruits??(hopefully that is all he does w/ them) One does not often consider "recruits" as activists but that sounds better=$ per click I guess..

I believe it goes well for trumpf & his young recruits.. As long he asks them no questions & they are there merely for back ground clapping............

In a recent NBC News/Survey Monkey tracking poll, Trump netted just 8% support among blacks, compared with 87% for Clinton. Similar numbers are reflected in other national and swing state polls.

Perhaps he is being sincere. But like I said, you seem to fit the liberal who will complain no matter what he does.

Good for you :hand: Are you in any party?? Here in Calif we have a designation [Independent] which is no party.. Sadly they have a party by a similar name {American independent party} which many were duped into joining....
 
No party, I vote how I want. Usually ends up being right down the middle. I can't stand far religious righties or far lefties like Obama.
