Seems we have had accusations of pedophilia from a democrat in the United States Senate since 2012 and the democrat party and JPP liberals have overlooked it and still allowed him to serve.

Now, we are told that ALL accusations are to believed as it relates to Roy Moore. Will JPP lefties be consistent and call for Menendez to resign immediately?

In fact Menendez has been on trial for months now for massive corruption and bribery and not a single liberal has started a thread about it or called for his resignation.

These allegations have been out there about Menendez since 2012. Show me ONE thread started by you or any other demalqeudacrat on JPP bashing him.

Of course, you are free to prove me wrong and show me any thread or post of yours from the last five years where you called for Menendez's resignation.

Wouldn't he have to be convicted of a sex crime and diagnosed to be accurately described as a pedophile?

A woman excused from the jury at the corruption trial of U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez has told the media she was "dead set" against convicting the New Jersey DEMOCRAT and his co-defendant.

“If I would have been there all the way to the end, it would have been not guilty," said Evelyn Arroyo-Maultsby, 61. "All the way to the end, not guilty.”

The U.S. district court judge overseeing the case had dismissed Arroyo-Maultsby last Thursday, so she "could take a vacation".

The 12-person jury will resume its deliberations Monday with an alternate juror in Arroyo-Maultsby's place.

It is expected that Menendez's legal team will exploit the situation.

Unfortunately, she has given an interview revealing details of ongoing jury deliberations and her statements may result in a hung jury or a mistrial.


I must have missed the list of DEMOCRATS who called on Senator Menendez to step aside and resign.

After all, he was not accused by anonymous witnesses who have no evidence except their own claims.

He has been criminally charged with felonies.

If someone has that list, please direct me to it.

I don't think DEMOCRATS understand what the definition of "pedophile" is.

They also don't seem to know what "rayciss" means.

I suspect those two terms mean "someone who is going to win a victory unless I accuse them of something bad quick" to a DEMOCRAT.

Judge was appointed by Bill Clinton.

Miles Feinstein, a noted defense attorney who handled many government corruption cases, said the departing juror’s statements creates fertile ground for a mistrial.

Feinstein said the process has been tainted by letting the woman begin the deliberations with her vacation looming, knowing that she might not finish them.

And jurors are not allowed to discuss the case with anyone outside the courtroom until after a verdict has been reached. The fact that the juror was excused and then chose to speak to the press has violated the secrecy of the deliberation process, he said.

“This opens a real can of worms,” Feinstein said. “The trial should not be in this position at this time.”

Feinstein wasn’t sure whether the judge was required by law to advise the departing juror against talking to the press, but he said it would have been “common sense and logic” that he would do so.
