I used to say on the other Board that I did not like the Iraqi War2, but when they were there fighting I natureally supported our troops. As far as the Afgan War is concerned, lets bring them out now, to hell with those Afgan MFers, but lets start drilling, etc so we don't need anything from those A-rabs. They impeached against Bill Clinton over Pretty Monica and a dress stain BJ, just what do you think they would do about 4 people getting killed really unnecisarily
 
Regrettably, I don't think Benghazi will be the downfall of Obama. The republican leadership in the house has already come out and did their whimpering puppy routine, so I look for them to roll over and do whatever Obama wants to do now. Any calls for impeachment will be hooted down by the establishment republicans and portrayed as "sour grapes" by democrats, so don't expect it to happen. Now SHOULD he be impeached? YES, and the whole lot of them should be thrown out of public office and never allowed to return for their treasonous acts, but that's not going to happen. It will be regarded in history as one of those 'unfortunate' events, and in all honesty, will actually PALE in comparison to what is heading down the pike from this administration in terms of our foreign policy.

I'd love to hear what their "treasonous acts" were. Do you have those details?
 
I think it's treason when you know of an impending attack of the nation, and choose to do nothing to prevent it. It's also treasonous to know it was a terrorist attack by an enemy who is at war with the nation, but claim it was a spontaneous uprising due to a video. I believe they knew it was a terrorist attack, and they even knew it was going to happen, months before it happened. That's my argument for treason, but as I said, it will not be fully investigated and found to be such by Congress, so it doesn't matter what my opinion is.

There is no proof at all that the admin knew about the attack ahead of time, unless you watch Fox a lot. Do you think Bush should have been charged with treason, since he knew about the memo warning about 9/11?

You stated "treasonous acts" like it was fact. You should probably watch that. You have politicized Benghazi so much in your mind that you are really not thinking straight on the topic.

Well, yes, there IS proof, the Ambassador sent numerous emails requesting more security, pointing out alQaeda's presence in the city, and the fact they couldn't sustain any kind of aggressive assault. It is reported the CIA also knew of plans for an attack on the anniversary of 9/11.

I did not state anything "LIKE IT WAS..." I merely stated what I stated, and you READ it "LIKE IT WAS..." idiot! In MY opinion, it was treasonous. I didn't say it could or would be proven by Congress, in fact, I said the exact polar opposite. I also didn't say that "LIKE IT WAS..." either, I simply said it. What you need to do, is step away from the koolaid vat and remember the election is over now, and you don't have to read everything "LIKE IT WAS..." anymore. Your boy will escape impeachment on Benghazi, that's what I said, and if you want to disagree with me on that, fine! Otherwise, move along and find something else to become vitriolic about!

there will be no impeachment of a president, not Obama, and most likely not any president for decades. To even attempt one would be the equivalent of shooting ones self due to their complicity in whatever crime they think he committed.

was it heard in a court of law with a judge and jury? If not, then it's only hearsay and not proof or evidence.
