Why we have a problem- sanctuary movement grows for immigrants here illegally

Prior to being exposed to such western concepts as land ownership the Indians didn't own land. So, there were no laws to be broken. .

Yes, there were- but your concept of ' law ' is narrow and defined by your own need to defend the moronic behaviour of the colonists - from whom you are doubtless descended. Your concept of ' law ' enables you to pass unnatural laws in order to create power for yourself- just like the fascist Israelis do.

And you know what else? There wasn't a Muslim in sight lol.

Ah- another premature E-joculator. Figures.

" Explorers " ? Who do you mean ? St. Brendan ? Amerigo Vespucci ? Christopher Columbus ? Polynesian seafarers ? the Brownist English Dissenters ?

Doesn't matter. When Europeans started coming to the Americas there were no laws in place making them illegal. That means for the indigenous people to make claims that they were would involve claiming something for which no laws made it so.

Sounds like your concept of law is defined as although it didn't exist it really did. Not how it works clown. The colonists coming here didn't nothing illegal because nothing said they couldn't do it.

If you want to keep arguing that indigenous people would consider me an illegal do so. I've made the offer of I'll go to where my ancestors came from as soon as all those calling me an illegal start living exactly like their ancestors did before colonization/exploration took place. Bet?

How can something be illegal if there wasn't a law in place saying so when it comes to the indigenous statement?

I was wondering that also; because I've been unable to find anything that refers to any Native American Immigration Laws, during that time period. :dunno:

I'll repeat what I said earlier- but if you don't get it this time you won't be worth further effort.

You won't find any such immigration laws. That's why claims by those who say colonists/explorers were illegal is invalid. Your actions can't be illegal if no law existed making them so.
