Why Libs are in such a rush!

November, 1979.... less than 1 year from the general elections of 1980, Ronald Wilson Reagan became the tenth and final candidate to enter the race for the Presidency. He defeated Jimmy Carter resoundingly, in one of America's greatest landslides. This is June... not November... yet, we hear the breathless bleats from Liberals and Democrats, and even some mush-brain Republicans.... Oh no, the GOP has no candidate... the party has no leader... oh my... oh dear!

What is the RUSH to pick a GOP contender to Obama? Well, isn't it obvious? Because, once it is pretty much decided who is going up against Obama, the smear machine can devote all the focus and intensity on that individual! You see, they are currently having a logistics problem, there aren't enough pinheads to dig up and sling dirt on potential nominees... there is too much parity... they can't go after them all, they simply don't have the pinhead resources and manpower. Plus, it begins to leave them looking really pathetic, as if they somehow believe they can discredit all possible challengers to Obama, and the GOP will simply forfeit the election to Obama, with no candidate sutiable to run... ha, they wish!

There is still PLENTY of time in the scope of the election cycle. There is also a long hot summer of no recovery to go through, and things to play out with the economy. For now, it is great to see a healthy field of conservative voices, shaping and honing the conservative message for smaller more limited government. Regardless of who the nominee is, there is a sense of unity on that particular issue, and it thus becomes an issue of personality and presentation. I would much rather have the GOP undecided on a candidate, than to have the whole thing already decided... so the media and libs could do their number on them from now until the election. I think it is a brilliant GOP strategy to have a variety of voices out there for as long as possible, and I wouldn't mind seeing it go down to the convention before a nominee is actually picked. The less time liberals have to bash, trash, and brainwash the stupid, the better.

The libs insist on picking the GOP candidtae for us. That's what they did last time with McCain. This time they picked Romney.

It is early, if we look at races from 30 years ago- but given the fact that it is rumored Obama is set to raise a billion dollars, early is crucial. Romney has already used the internet to campaign against Obama <smart>. The fact of the matter is, when Reagan ran, we did not have 24 hr cable news and talking heads, the majority of which champion the democrat candidate. I think what the media and some mistakenly mean by too early is actually just about people wanting a stand out candidate earlier then we ever have had one...I think that's good news-it means people are so FED UP with Obama that they want someone to take him on NOW? Things will heat up from here on out IMO.

I think we could solve this dilemma.....let's hold the election in November of 2011.....that way we can get rid of Obama and begin the recovery a year earlier!

Dixtard would be jizzing if his Cainiac were in first.
