Letitia James is a very nasty piece of work. She is not fit to hold the position of Attorney General of the State of New York and it is important that she is indicted by the DOG. Her recent exposure as a perpetrator of criminal mortgage/insurance fraud is almost certainly the mere tip of an iceberg of corruption she has been engaged in; and even if it were not , her criminal referral to Pam Bondi by the FHSA is an extremely serious matter.
It comes shortly after Jame's bogus, "lawfare" indictment of Trump in late 2023. This indictment of Trump - who was the Republican, Presidential nominee at the time - was a blatant act of pure, political vengeance designed to interfere with Trump's campaign for the Nov 2024 election, In addition, more than one authoritative legal expert in America, has argued that Letitia James prosecution was conducted unlawfully, in a number of respects, during Trumps civil fraud trial in New York.
So, Letitia James is dirtbag - and a potentially dangerous and destructive one at that - who absolutely cannot be trusted with the kind of power she has as the Attorney General of the state of NY.
James needs to be indicted by the DOJ as soon as possible. But this could well be 2 or 3 (or more) months away; as I imagine the AG (Pam Bondi) has more pressing and important issues to deal with before she turns here attention to a dirty rat like Letitia James.
I get that it is very frustrating for lots of people that James is not not already in court, given that the evidence of guilt against her is damning. But stamping your feel and screaming out for "JUSTICE NOW !!" is childish behaviour. The law doesn't work that way - the wheels turn slowly at the best of times.
