Why doesn't Trump threaten Obama with prison and thereby silence his critics?

Democrats keep accusing trump and associates of criminal activity re russia but there is no question Aunt Barry's amnesties of illegals were felonies. By giving illegals a certificate saying they can live and work here even though the law says they can't, aunt barry committed obstruction of justice on a mutlit-million count level. He also violated section 1324 of title 8 of the US code which makes it a felony to encourage illegals to live here.

All the mayors of sanctuary cities can likewise be prosecuted. And the penalties are very severe - all the way up to execution. Fight back, trump.
 
While we're at it, lets charge bill clinton with murder for the 80 americans he burned alive at waco in 1993. Dems have gotten away with so many crimes over the years.

Because Trump's just a tad bit smarter than you are and he knows that bullshit will go nowhere .. and we'd love to see Trump trying to prosecute mayors.

You actually think Donny "Lock her up!" Trumpy is smarter than TDAK? Got a link?

I'd rather suspect that the falling-out between the Trumpy and Sessions is over more than the Russia recusal, in that the latter has to tell that crybaby time and again that the law doesn't work "that" way, that is, how TDAK envisions it, as a tool to punish and silence political opponents.

:0) I'm out on a limb with Trump being smarter than just about anyone.

I absolutely agree with the rest of your post.
 
There was a medieval pope whose body was exhumed and put on trial by a corrupt successor. I believe a later pope went through the motions of voiding that trial... :D
