Why Can't Donald Trump have Presidential Immunity?

Nixon never got criminally arrested for Watergate, because he had presidential immunity.

Obama never got criminally arrested for drone-striking an innocent American youth because
he had presidential immunity.

So tell me why Donald Trump is the only American president in history who cannot have
presidential immunity.

Gee, you think it might have something to do with biden's politically partisan weaponized government?

Why does trump need to be the first president to get "presidential immunity"?

Nixon had to get a pardon to avoid criminal charges. If there was "Presidential immunity", why did he get a pardon?

Clinton took a plea bargain to avoid criminal charges. Again, why did "Presidential immunity" protect him?

No, because Obama could claim they were proportional casualties.

Covering up a break in is not part of a Presidential duty.

Again, why did "Presidential immunity" protect him? Immunity is for things done as a Presidential duty. Bonking Monica wasn't part of his Presidential duty. Things like stopping what the President thinks is an illegal election would be a Presidential duty.

Obama targeted and murdered an American citizen without giving him his constitutionally guaranteed due process. If a policeman had done that he would go to prison.
